Meditation for Women

Learn different meditation techniques while you receieve a little energy work, crystal bowl healing and tunning fork healing.
Each time we meet we will explore different meditation techniques.
This class we will learn about and integrate different mudras.

With school starting take an hour out of your day to re-center, calm your nervous system, and connect to your wisdom.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring your water.
