Awaken Retreat

February 22nd-24th

Calling all maidens, mothers, and crones

for a weekend of connecting to and accessing deep feminine wisdom!

Throughout the ages, women have used ritual and sacred ceremony to connect with nature and the source of their own being, where wisdom lies. Awaken Retreat draws upon the practices of yoga, meditation, art, writing, ritual, ceremony, energy healing, connection, and immersion in nature to access your inner guidance and reconnect with your own feminine wisdom and truth.

It is easy to become so caught up in trying to live, that we forget we are meant to thrive. This weekend will leave you feeling refreshed, embodied, and ready to move into your life with grace and ease.

Just as the ancients danced to call upon the spirits in nature, we too can dance to find the spirits within ourselves that have been long buried and forgotten.

Why Awaken Retreat?

Awaken Retreat allows for time away from the hustle and bustle of life.  It provides much needed time to relax, breathe, and just be; time to connect with nature, with other women, and with your true self.  Now is the time for women to be heard, acknowledged, and supported within a sacred circle of women.  It is a safe and powerful container for connecting with the powerful wild woman within yourself which is a vessel to the wisdom of your spirit.

Upon leaving Awaken Retreat, you will feel refreshed and in touch with parts of yourself you thought were lost, a deep soulful connection with other women who attended - your tribe of women, a stronger connection to your inner truth and your wild woman, stillness, calm, and joy.

Who will benefit from Awaken Retreat?

  • Any person who identifies as a woman.

  • Women who are ready to come back home to their deeper/hidden selves

  • Women who are ready for inner contemplation, learning, and growth

  • Mothers and daughters who long for a deeper connection to each other

  • Women who are ready to step into courageousness and allow their truth to be heard

  • Women who are sick of doing what they are supposed to do and are ready to do what their hearts longs for

  • Mothers who have lost their sense of self and are ready to reconnect with parts of themselves they have lost

Now is the time to focus on what really matters, who you really are and how you will show up for the rest of your life.
