7 Gates is a deep dive into your internal landscape by exploring different gates of healing (grief, shadow aspects, and trauma....). Each week we'll explore a different gate through writing, sharing, meditation, ceremony, and ritual. Some, but not all topics explored will be, shadow work, loss, grief, shame, ancestral healing, and our relationship to the non-human world. We will spend the majority of our time together in ceremony and ritual.

It is the intention that each person will

-finish the group with deep clarity and understanding of the inner self.

-have a larger vocabulary for understanding the self

-reclaim lost parts of the psyche

-have new tools to integrate in day to day life

-feel a huge weight lifted from the body

-have expanded their community

-have expanded his/her heart

-know how to grieve in community

-will feel more safe to vulnerably express his/her truth

-will have a fresh/new perspective

Logistics

We will co-create an intimate container with 6-8 people.

This group is open to all genders and stages of life, so all who are called will be welcomed.

We will meet every other week for a total of 8 gatherings starting Monday, November 7st from 6:30-8:30pm until February 13th. Investment: $210 for 8 weeks.
