Birth Tellers is a community storytelling event for mothers, fathers, and birthworkers. We would love to highlight all the ways in which women give birth in our community. We hope to hear stories from fathers, grandparents and birthworkers as well as from mothers. 

There will be about 5-10 storytellers sharing his/her experience of birth. Each story will range between 10-20 minutes. The last 30 minutes will be used for an open discussion and questions from the audience. 

If you are interested in sharing your story please email rootedandopen@gmail.com. Once a short written description is emailed you will be notified if your story has been chosen to share at this event. No storytelling experience needed.
