Mama Nurture Circle is an 8-week circle for mothers in any stage of parenting. It is an opportunity to deeply connect with yourself and a community of likeminded women. Each week we meet we will explore a different topic like; relationships, birth, fear, motherhood, etc... through meditation, journaling, and discussion.
This circle fosters a space for truth to be shared in a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere. Women who join are making space to discover deeper parts of the self that are ready to be seen and healed. This circle is more than a circle, it is a community of women who show up to be seen, be vulnerable, be heard, as well as listen deeply to all parts of herself and others in the circle.

Circle runs every Sunday 7-9 pm from February 5- March 26 at Shanti's healing space.
This circle is limited to 10 mamas. Your spot is saved once you have payed your deposit.
