ROOTED IN LOVE 💛

A 5-Part Couples Series for Deeper Connection

Every relationship experiences rupture.

The question isn’t whether you will hurt, misunderstand, trigger, or disconnect from one another.

The question is: Can you find your way back?

Join us for a five-part experiential series designed to help couples understand their patterns, regulate together, communicate more honestly, and build the skills for lasting relational connection.

Topics covered are: Rupture & Repair, The patterns that pulls us apart, Shared nervous system regulation, Transparent communication, Building a relationship that repairs itself

This isn’t about becoming a conflict-free couple.

It’s about becoming a couple who can stay connected through conflict.

Together we’ll explore attachment, nervous system regulation, vulnerability, communication, relational responsibility, intimacy, and repair through teaching, guided practices, partner exercises, and meaningful conversation.

For couples who want to:
• Understand their recurring relationship patterns
• Communicate with more honesty and less defensiveness
• Feel safer during difficult conversations
• Deepen emotional and physical intimacy
• Break cycles that keep repeating
• Learn how to come back to each other after rupture

Because healthy relationships aren’t built by never breaking connection.

They’re built by learning how to return.
