A Night of Light & Healing An evening of community healing inspired by the sacred light within.

THE INNER DIYA

We gather in the darkness not to push it away, but to gently illuminate what lives within it.

Through attunement, presence, sound, gentle breathwork, guided imagery, meditation, and energy healing, we will create a shared healing field to explore the places within us that are ready to be witnessed, softened, released, and transformed.

Together, we will tend the inner flame.

The flame of awareness.

The flame of truth.

The flame of love.

The flame of liberation.

This is an invitation to turn toward the parts of ourselves we may have kept in the shadows and bring them the warmth of conscious attention.

You are not required to become someone new.

You are invited to illuminate more fully what has already been within you.

The evening will be guided by Shanti, with Monica and Taryn supporting the healing journey through their unique gifts and practices.
