If you say yes to this group you are saying yes to sharing yourself, your process, and your heart. Through vulnerably sharing yourself the hope is you find clarity and understanding on who you are and how to move forward in your life that is in alignment with your deep self. It can be deeply healing to share yourself, to be seen, to be heard and to offer that to someone else.
