Mama Nurture Circle
A nurturing circle for moms, moms to be, grandmas, step-moms, adoptive moms....
Our time together is meant to give you space for reflection and the healing benefits of being heard and witnessed in your journey.
Each mom is encouraged to authentically share as well as actively listen to each other. We start the circle with a meditation, then move into a short check in, and finish with a large or small group activity.

Two Circle Options:
Sundays, 4-6pm at Larkspur Park, September 19th-October 10th
Mondays, 7-9pm at The Hive, September 20th- October 11th

Space is limited to 6 moms per group
Cost is $100 for 4 weeks
